Chili and mezcal marinated grilled pineapple, bacon, avocado, red pepper and red onion on arugala with hot brown sugar vinaigrette

Blue corn flautas stuffed with spiced walnuts, beets and goat cheese with chimichurri sauce

Tomatillo and pepita mole verde with roasted pumpkin, green beans, chicken, black rice

Coconut icecream sundae with cinnamon-cayenne candied cashews and fleur de sel caramel
