Dinner October 22



Let's celebrate a favorite holiday of mine because it is so beautiful and meaningful-- Dia De Los Muertos! Bring a memory in the form of a relic* to remember an ancestor-- yes, in true KRAK style you will be asked to share :) (by "relic" I don't mean bones here people, I mean objects that hold meaning)

*Grapefruit and wild rosehip palomas
*Homegrown arugala and mizuna salad with roasted pumpkin, toasted seeds, and sorgum balsamic
*Curried gazpacho with sweet corn, avocado crema, and papadam
*Ney's Big Sky pulled chicken mole with amaranth-polenta cakes and lacinato kale
*Mexican chocolate peanut butter mousse pie

This meal is gluten and lactose free. It can be made vegetarian upon request.
