The 2017 KRAK season has begun! We will be having 5 small plates of dim sum to celebrate Chinese New Year
Hot and sour soup with shiitake mushrooms and asparagus
Endive boats with mao po tofu, fermented black beans, and Szechaun peppercorn pumpkin seeds
Trio of dumplings with black garlic dipping sauce: The Fire Rooster, The Portabella Pig, and The Sweet and Squashy
Rice cakes with sweet and sour eggplant and tempura leeks
Yuzu-lime pie with gingersnap crust and sesame brittle
