Dinner 1-30-16

Cocktail welcome:
Dark and Stormies with fresh ginger, San Pellegrino Limonata, dark rum
Crusty bread with two spreads: harissa-cilantro-peanut and roasted garlic-almond-lemon

Dinner courses:
Orange and rose marinated beets on arugula with pistachios and oven-roasted chickpeas

Mushroom-walnut bastilla with mint sauce, apricot-pumpkin seed quinoa, roasted carrots and parsnips

Lemon basil tart and coconut whipped cream
