Kate--we tried to duplicate the yellow squash-Indian spices dish that you made when you visited our house and it was a catastrophe. How exactly do you explode the mustard seeds? Also, can you send a recipe for the yogurt dish? I thought I had all the ingredients (yogurt, cucumber, red onion, mustard seeds, s&p), but it didn't taste right. You made it look too easy! I was struck down!
